Spreading rate: Theoretical: 0.076kg/m2/30um (white)

             Practical: depending on surface conditions, environment,                        application, etc.

Surface Preparation

Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminations by fresh water hosing.

Degrease according to SSPC-SPI solvent cleaning.

Remove weld spatter and smooth weld seams and sharp edges.

Remove rust,mail-scale and damaged shop primer by blasting to ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) or by power tooling to ISO St3.0.

Be sure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application.
